Funke Akindele Unveils First Look at Highly Anticipated Movie The Four

Nollywood filmmaker and actress Funke Akindele has given fans their first major glimpse of her upcoming movie, The Four: No One Fights Alone.

The film is scheduled for a global cinema release on December 11, 2026, and features a powerful cast that includes Bisola Aiyeola, Chioma Akpotha, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Timini Egbuson, Lateef Adedimeji, Ali Nuhu and Uzor Arukwe.

The story follows Esosa and three women who leave their community for the city while trying to secure the future of a young man they love.

Their journey tests their friendship, courage and loyalty as they encounter unexpected challenges.

The movie also blends Nigerian fashion and culture into its storytelling, with Adire featuring prominently in the production. Singer Waje and Afrobeats artiste Shoday are also part of the project.
