Kenya’s Malkia Strikers Begin African Volleyball Title Defence With 3-0 Win Over Zambia

Kenya’s Malkia Strikers have made an impressive start to their African Women’s Volleyball Championship title defence.

The Kenyan team defeated Zambia 3-0, winning the sets 25-14, 25-9 and 25-11.

The victory gives Kenya an early advantage in Pool A, where the defending champions are competing alongside Zambia and Mali.

The continental championship is taking place in Nairobi, bringing together some of Africa’s leading women’s volleyball teams.

Kenya will now look to build on the strong opening performance as the tournament continues.

The home team is aiming to retain the continental crown and strengthen its position as one of Africa’s leading women’s volleyball sides.
